Silvia Gamez
Paralegal
Silvia received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Justice Studies from California State University of San Marcos and was a member of the Pre-Law Society. After graduating, Silvia developed an interest in personal injury law. She then worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury firm for 4 years. Silvia joined the Acclaim Law Group team in 2019 as a paralegal. Silvia assists with case management, drafting legal documents, and client services. Silvia is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of Acclaim Law Group, she enjoys playing soccer and racquetball. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Melissa Flores
Legal Assistant
Melissa received her Bachelor’s in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University, San Marcos. She interned with former California State Senator Joel Anderson. Melissa joined the Acclaim Law Group team in 2018 as a legal assistant. Melissa assists the attorneys with to obtaining evidence, case management, and client communication. Melissa’s bilingual in English and Spanish. When she is not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with friends, cycling, hiking, attending concerts, and traveling.
Brett Geruntino, Esq.
Personal Injury Attorney
Brett Geruntino is a personal injury attorney in San Diego who puts the needs of his clients first. After graduating from Hamilton College in New York, Brett came to San Diego where he received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Brett further prepared himself for success as a member of Law Review and International Law Journal. Brett is licensed in California and specializes in all personal injury cases. He has assisted many clients who have been involved in serious auto accidents, animal attacks, and injured due to dangerous property conditions. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, a good round of golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
