California Motor-Vehicle Deaths

In 2020, the state of California reported around 3,723 motor-vehicle deaths, a slight increase from the year before. In the United States, a person’s lifetime odds of dying in a motor vehicle accident is around 1 in 107 with one of the biggest causes of motor-vehicle deaths being driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Car accidents leave people with serious injuries and sometimes the loss of a loved one. Many car accidents are preventable with due care among everyone traveling on the roads. Put the distractions away, abide the traffic laws, and continue to drive in an efficient and safe manner to all destinations.
