Many of us have asked ourselves, “Well, what do I do now during COVID-19 pandemic?” There are a few places we are allowed to go and if we do, there are restrictions or rules to be followed while at those places. Today we are slowly seeing more and more places opening back up and bringing back normality to our lives. Of course, things will not go back to being what they once were, but the freedom to return back to our routines will.
So what can we do to keep us busy and productive?
1. Organize your Day – Select a time of the day to take care of business and a time of the day to unwind and relax
2. Build a Dedicated Workspace – An office area will allow for a distraction free zone when things really need to get done.
3. Declutter your Home – Clear space = Clear mind.
4. Start an Exercise Routine – Can be as simple as going on a walk for 30 minutes a day.
5. Create a Meal Plan – A meal plan can help you eat healthy and save money.
6. Explore New Recipes – Never had time to cook that recipe you’ve always wanted to try? … well now is the time.
These are only a few ideas and maybe you can come up with your own after trying a few. Give it a try and make the most of your time at home. Stay healthy and be safe.
