A common cause of auto damage is related to a parked vehicle being hit by another car. To help avoid parked car collisions here are some helpful tips:
- Try not to park on a busy part of the parking lot
- Make sure when parking your vehicle into a space you align your vehicle in the center of a spot
- Try not to park near busy intersections or tight turns.
If someone hits your parked car, make sure to document the incident, note the damage, location, time of day, and take photos.
